Rosario develops reciprocal business and cooperation relations with different-scaled cities from all over the world. 

This strengthens Rosario’s internationalization process and allows to share and expand the global agendas of local governments in order to exchange experiences that can improve their institutional and social qualities.

Specific initiatives for the technical support of public policies take place in areas such as health, culture, education, social development, production, trade, economy and production, the environment, sustainability, tourism and citizen involvement among others.
